I will never forget our trip to Spain and Portugal in the spring of 2003.  The flights there were nice and long, but it was ok because I was able to listen to my music and watch movies on the little TV screens that the plane had on the back of each seat.  My favorite memory had to of been when we rented the car, and Grandma bought me liters of coca-cola. Once I was done drinking it, I would strum on the bottle as if it was a guitar.  I would strum on that bottle for hours on end as we would go from city to city in Spain.  Driving up that big hill in Segovia to that gorgeous hotel was a great memory, and I remember thinking that the hotel was some kind of castle that a king had once lived in or something.

I also remember trying to check into the Playa del Victoria hotel, and I remember Grandpa and you asking how much the hotel room was for a night and it was unbelievably expensive, but Grandma wouldn't accept anything less than the best for her grandson so she told the guy we would take it.  It was such a great view overlooking the ocean from the hall where our room was on.  I will never ever forget the trip to Spain and Portugal; it was one of the best times of my life.

Love,

Drew
